Requirements

As a Customer Success Specialist, the purpose is to ensure the utmost satisfaction of their app users and interactions with STRONGLIFTS. Your mission? Achieve a resounding happiness rating of +90% in Help Scout and uphold their stellar 4.9 rating in the app store. Your role is central to liberating valuable time for the founder, who has handled support until now, allowing them to concentrate on other essential tasks. They recognize that support can be elevated further – envision expanding their knowledge base, an opportunity yet to be seized due to time constraints.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Address around 200 user emails and reviews weekly with efficiency and a customer-centric approach.

📦 Document and prioritise user issues, ensuring detailed escalation of severe cases for swift resolution.

📑 Provide users with effective solutions and diligently follow up until their issues are fully resolved.

💼 Analyse recurring emails to pinpoint common issues and propose impactful enhancements for the app. Keep a vigilant eye on metrics, gather user feedback, and contribute to iterative product improvements based on invaluable data insights.

📊 Maintain, refine, and expand their knowledge base, a cornerstone for user support excellence.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, with the flexibility to adapt to your schedule. Aim to respond to emails within 24 hours.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Prior experience in customer support for software products is a key asset for success in this role.

✅ Fluent in English, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Exhibit strong organisational skills – adept at tracking issues, gathering information, and detailed documentation with a commitment to follow-up.

✅ Demonstrate technical proficiency with a robust understanding of iOS, Android, app stores, and Google Play.

✅ Troubleshooting prowess — a keen ability to listen, triage, examine, diagnose, and apply effective tests or treatments to swiftly resolve issues.
