Java Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our enterprise software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Enterprise Java (J2EE / Jakarta EE) for back-end systems, combined with experience in Python, React.js, and SQL for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications used by leading banks and financial institutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing full-stack features across multiple enterprise modules, integrating APIs, ensuring robust data handling, and maintaining the reliability of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain multi-tier enterprise web applications used in banking and financial domains.

Build and optimize back-end services and APIs using Java (J2EE, EJB) and Python for automation or data-driven components.

Design responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.

Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security consistent with enterprise software standards.

Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and business analysts to deliver well-tested, high- quality features.

Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning exercises.

Integrate with external systems, authentication providers, and enterprise APIs.

Contribute to improving development processes, automation pipelines, and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience developing large-scale enterprise applications.

Strong command of Java (J2EE / Jakarta EE, EJB, JDBC).

Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or service integration.

Proven experience in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3 preferred.

Solid understanding of SQL and RDBMS.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in agile, collaborative teams on enterprise-scale projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.

Understanding of enterprise security concepts (encryption, SSO, OAuth2, JWT).

Familiarity with banking-grade performance and audit requirements (transaction logging, access control).

Experience working in JSF & J2EE environments.

Knowledge and experience with integration of AI APIs and agentic AI.
