IT Business Analyst

Global Life Science Hub is searching for an IT Business Analyst to join our client remotely in Germany. We are working with a European-leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our company's applications and systems while ensuring compliance with GxP quality standards. As a Business Analyst focusing on IT, you will be working towards developing innovative solutions to drive organizational success.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze operations, scope projects, and document process flows in collaboration with production teams.
• Define Information Systems solutions and lead implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP modules.
• Manage incident resolution and provide ongoing support for ERP issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an ERP environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 applications, especially advanced Excel functions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in German and English
