An Overview of this Role

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a strategic process optimization leader who drives marketing operational excellence by transforming how partner teams, growth, and marketing functions collaborate and scale. This role focuses on designing and implementing streamlined workflows, automation frameworks, and technology integrations that eliminate friction between teams while accelerating growth initiatives. You'll serve as the operational catalyst that enables partner teams and marketing to achieve ambitious goals through optimized processes, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion AI strategy implementation across Marketing functions, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes and enhance operational efficiency through intelligent workflow optimization
  • Lead educational initiatives that drive AI adoption and process improvement across teams, establishing centers of excellence that enable continuous operational evolution
  • Lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives that streamline workflows across marketing and partner programs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that reduce cycle times and improve collaboration efficiency
  • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that enable partner teams to seamlessly integrate with marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints while maintaining operational excellence
  • Drive ImPartner process optimization to streamline partner campaign execution, enablement workflows, and ensuring seamless integration between partner operations and marketing initiatives.
  • Growth support & Marketo Administration - Lead comprehensive Marketo administration including segmentation, automation workflows, and API integrations. Provide strategic growth team support through advanced marketing automation optimization.
  • Lead Asana optimization as the marketing team’s operational hub, designing standardized workflows and governance frameworks that eliminate process inefficiencies across all departments and partner teams
  • Own day-to-day administration of Allocadia marketing performance management platform, including user management, system configuration, data imports, and troubleshooting technical issues across marketing teams. Drive platform adoption through hands-on training, process documentation, and integration management with existing marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow between Allocadia and other business systems to support comprehensive marketing performance analysis

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive Marketo experience (MCE Preferred) with proven ability to optimize complex automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and campaign processes that drive growth team success
  • Strong ImPartner experience with demonstrated success in streamlining partner workflows, optimizing channel processes, and enhancing collaborative campaign execution
  • Experience with Asana (or similar), with demonstrated success in implementing and designing scalable templates, designing workflows, and establishing integrations that enhance cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency
  • Allocadia experience managing marketing budgets, and ROI measurement with advanced configuration of budget hierarchies and automated approval workflows.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing technologies and implementation strategies
  • Excellent spoken and written English with exemplary communication skills, including ability to concisely present project deliverables and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work successfully with little guidance while managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong capacity to model organizational competencies and contribute to high-performing team dynamics.
