You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our AI products within client environments, working at the intersection of product, operations, IT, and customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or customer success roles, ideally within a startup or tech environment
• Proven track record managing software deployments into enterprise environments, preferably in AI, SaaS, or IT consulting
• Expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet (building dashboards, workflows, and project plans)
