Requirements
- Experience in technical Team, Business Analysis and Project Management
- Proven track record delivering multi-national/large-scale CRM solutions with 5-year experience
- Strong expertise in delivery & change management, particularly in CRM/CXM software delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level minimum)
- Proficiency in Copilot, Messaging, Agent AI, Knowledge Base, and Interaction Analytics
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, or other EU languages
- Proactive attitude, passion for learning
- Good command of communication software
- Team player and independent worker
