Fixed Term German Customer Service Agent

Foundever is seeking a German customer service agent for a fixed-term position (12 months). The role involves providing customer support through various channels, working closely with clients to resolve issues and maintain a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• Customer Service Experience
• Good organisational skills
• Minimum 20 wpm on a keyboard
• Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• ECDL qualification (advantage)
