As a Guidewire Senior Manager in the Technology Consulting team, lead a Guidewire applications project, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Jutro Digital Platform project for our customers in the US. Develop and lead a quality culture, manage performance, and mentor project resources. Work with customer representatives and internal teams to deliver project outcomes. Mentor direct reports, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives. The role requires technical leadership, excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Guidewire framework implementation, architecture, and components
- Highly experienced and hands-on in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimsCenter/BillingCenter and Guidewire Integration
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products
- Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model)
- Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, on Insurance applications
- Experience in Insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty
