What might your days look like

This role is responsible for understanding the needs of our customers and creating highly motivating training and content to drive engagement throughout their customer lifecycle. In this role, you will need to be a master of the platform and understand the needs of our customers. You will break down technical workflows and best practices into easy to understand materials to deliver to customers on how to best use the platform and get return on value. You will have the ability to effectively engage learners and to create impactful, customer-centric educational content.
You will also be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing and developing programs and ensuring effective delivery.
Many of our customers are not experts in Payroll or HR and our platform and our business are constantly changing. You are responsible for guiding our customers efficiently and effectively through best use of their platform. You will also be comfortable delivering Payroll and HR generalist and industry training, helping educate and up-skill our customer base in their fields, helping contribute to the greater body of knowledge and understanding of the HR and Payroll industry.
To be successful, you will need to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, prioritise tasks, and drive outcomes.
As a Training & Content Delivery, you’ll be responsible for:
Client Delivery:
- Create training modules and learning resources to drive knowledge of Employment Hero software features for our customers.
- Assess the most effective delivery methods for each area of learning, by combining resources such as video, demos and practical exercises.
- Deliver recorded and live workshop training.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and update all training materials to ensure the content remains up to date with our ever changing product.
- Create customer-facing training materials that are easily digestible and engaging; including videos, audio recordings, learning paths, quizzes, infographics, etc.
- Identify ways to educate various customer personas at each stage of the customer journey and create customised learning paths.
- Grow our customer educational materials ensuring content is organised and searchable.
Data:
- Collect valid and reliable data on the effectiveness of our content to ensure we drive conscientious improvement based on our customers’ feedback.
- Continuously update all administrative requirements as part of the role to ensure reporting and data accuracy is a priority.
Innovation and Process Improvement:
- Maintain understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods both online and in-person.
- Lead the development of a training strategy, including the development of new delivery methods and models.
- Constantly review and improve our delivery processes.
- Work with the wider business to drive forward continuous improvement initiatives.
- As a subject-matter expert provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
What will you bring
- Experience in human resources, payroll or learning and development.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and delivering training programs for various organisations.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, instructional technology, and learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
- Experience with training management systems, evaluation methods and E-learning platforms.
- Strong analytical skills.
