Position Overview

Provides leadership and oversight to the Implementation & Transformation group. Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.

This is a fully remote job in Milton Keynes, UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directs the efforts of assigned teams / supervisors.
  • Monitors implementation projects across assigned areas / customers, ensuring appropriate team focus, timely project execution and adherence to agreed standards and performance requirements.
  • Participates in customer visitations and meetings to ensure achievement of agreed upon performance measures and achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Interfaces with Sales, Service, Systems and Support associates to develop account strategies and action plans to contribute to overall success.
  • Serves as a role model in terms of culture and enhances / maintains institutional knowledge.
  • Accountable for achieving area implementation solutions goals.
  • Proposes and executes enhancements to team processes and management practices.
  • Working 3 days a week in Milton Keynes office working with / managing the end to end delivery function
  • Overall management of inventory and heads to delivery inventory / asset details
  • Management of volume throughput and 3rd party management aligned to volumes
  • Oversees management of all P&L aligned to area

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Implementation and Transformation and typically 0-2 years leadership experience.
  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Commercial knowledge essential
  • Strong stakeholder management required
