Position Overview
Provides leadership and oversight to the Implementation group. Oversees team efforts to engage with customers to ensure implementation successful application of company products and services. Manages implementation queues, ensuring high quality customer experience and, at the same time, maximizing both utilization of internal resources and revenue activations. Addresses customer issues throughout the deployment process, taking ownership of issues and following through on resolution.
This is a fully remote job in UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs the efforts of an Implementation team or teams.
- To Manage 2 teams of project managers and provide a bridge between departments.
- To Manage a PMO function a volume control.
- To Manage engineer schedules and volume throughput.
- Owns financial and operational metrics for an assigned region (that is, , revenue forecast accuracy, timely closure of complete orders and finished goods inventory).
- Oversees the plan, schedule and tracking of project timelines and milestones to meet project success criteria.
- Interfaces with internal resources to establish and meet customer needs.
- Oversees team efforts to engage with customers and: Understand product requirements.
- Ensure product / service implementation goes according to company specifications and customer expectations.
- Address emerging questions, issues and concerns.
- Engagement between Implementation and internal functional teams.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Revenue and retention success.
- Manage, own and resolve escalations with customers, project teams and sales teams.
- Measures customer satisfaction, identifying and addressing issues and, at the same time, ensuring adherence to internal performance standards.
- Understands operating model to determine workforce planning.
- Completing account data.
- Implementing changes on a business development function in a key area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Implementation and typically 0-2 years leadership experience.
- Previous experience with data is required.
- Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Experience with Data engineering essential.
- Previous project manager experience a benefit.
