Splice pays up to 85% of monthly premiums for medical for Employees. In addition, Splice funds up to 85% of monthly premiums for medical coverage for spouse, dependent and domestic partner. You can also determine your projected expenses for the Plan Year and then elect to set aside a portion of each paycheck into your FSA, including dependent day care and healthcare FSA plans.
Splice offers a 401(k) retirement plan in which you may make voluntary pre-tax contributions toward your retirement, with 4% company matching and immediate vesting for matched contributions.
Unlimited time off
Our PTO policy allows employees to take as much time off as they need, as long as they fulfill their duties. Splice encourages all employees to take at least 15 days off each calendar year.
As Splice has a lot of pet owners, we allow employees to bring their dogs to the office. Since we're still pretty small though, we do have a sign-up schedule so things don't get too rowdy.
The commuter benefit plan allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible commuting costs, such as expenses for parking, public transit and alternative forms of transportation.
Splice pays 100% for basic life insurance coverage valued at $20,000, which includes an equal amount of AD&D coverage.
Paid parental leave
Splice offers up to 12 weeks of paid leave to Primary Caregivers and up to 6 weeks of paid leave to Secondary Caregivers.
Splice offers stock options through its employee profit sharing program, including vesting over a four-year period.
