As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Deel IT, you'll be playing a crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of all of our target customer segments.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- 2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
