Deel is a global payroll and HR platform looking for a Compensation Manager to support its Sales Compensation program. The role involves managing the administration of the sales commission program, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for participants. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in Sales Compensation, preferably in SaaS/Technology.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Compensation (preferably in SaaS/Technology)
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through with tasks reliably and independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond quickly and accurately with numerous stakeholders
- Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage complex projects end-to-end, from design to execution and QA
- Experience working with dynamic sales teams and strong interpersonal skills in dealing with management
- Experience using CaptivateIQ or other Incentive Compensation Management system preferred
