As a Presales Delivery Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring global payroll customers transition from Sales to Implementation with clarity, confidence, and delivery readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll, payroll implementation, or payroll operations
- Strong understanding of multi-country payroll complexity and compliance
- Experience leading or supporting payroll discovery, onboarding, or implementation projects
- Ability to run structured, high-impact client discovery sessions
- Excellent documentation and handover discipline
- Confidence to raise risks and challenge assumptions constructively
