I am looking for a patient-facing medical administration role where I can use EPIC and billing skills, serve bilingual patients, and grow in revenue cycle responsibilities.

I am a bilingual Patient Registration Representative and Medical Billing Administrator with hands-on experience using EPIC to register patients, schedule appointments, create charts, verify and update insurance information, and prepare Good Faith Estimates (GFE). I have worked directly with patients—especially Latin/Hispanic communities—handled front-desk duties, payments, telephone encounters, and collaborated with care teams to ensure billing accuracy and appointment readiness.

I bring practical experience confirming insurance status, calling payers for verification, applying CPT codes for GFEs, and performing scheduling tasks up to seven days in advance. I am a fast learner, team-oriented, and motivated to grow my expertise in medical billing and administration.
