I am seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA), Personal Assistant (PA), or Administrative Assistant role where I can apply my experience in administration, customer relations, and service coordination. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while providing professional support in fast-paced environments.

I’m a luxury hospitality guest relations professional with a strong background in front-of-house operations, VIP service, and delivering exceptional customer experience for local and international guests. I’m at my best when creating smooth journeys and turning guest enquiries into confident, seamless service.

In my role as a Train Hostess | Guest Liaison, I served as a key point of contact throughout the journey, delivering personalized luxury service and maintaining five-star presentation standards.
