What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a land-based role where I can apply my leadership, relationship management, and communication strengths—ideally in marketing, sales, executive/personal assistance, or recruitment—bringing the same standards, organisation, and people-focused approach I use in luxury service.

I bring 9+ years of international experience across luxury hospitality, private service, and education, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results under pressure. I’m known for maintaining high standards, strengthening client/stakeholder relations, and creating a calm, positive environment even in fast-paced, high-expectation settings.

On yachts, I trained and managed interior crew, oversaw provisioning and inventories, and organised guest events for 50+ attendees—often stepping up as Relief Chief Stewardess to ensure smooth service delivery. I’m also comfortable coordinating logistics end to end, drawing on teaching experience in Vietnam to communicate clearly, motivate diverse groups, and support performance through structured training.
