I've built integrated capability strategies, learning operations, and strategic communications for global organizations including Novartis, Santander US, and TD Bank. At Novartis Translational Clinical Oncology, I partnered with senior leaders across five departments to shape development for a 300-person global oncology R&D organization.

I led 60+ targeted learning interventions, built learning infrastructure across SharePoint, Cornerstone LMS, and Confluence, and delivered 500+ communications that made complex scientific and business information actionable. As the primary learning advisor for quality development and compliance training, I helped raise compliance from approximately 78% to a sustained 99–100% after the second year.

Earlier, I built Santander's enterprise Project Management learning program four months ahead of mandate, expanded TD Bank diversity education to 27,000+ employees, and helped prepare 2,500+ employees for a corporate merger. I bring a practical approach: understand what people and the organization need, then build, improve, or connect the solutions that make a meaningful difference.
