What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise learning, technology adoption, and organizational development initiatives where I can build scalable role-based programs, strengthen change readiness, use data to improve outcomes, and develop high-performing teams.

I've led enterprise application training and implementation logistics for Cerner and Epic deployments across more than 900 patient-care locations, aligning workflows, schedules, communications, and learner support for operational go-lives.

At Duke Energy, I lead learning and organizational effectiveness initiatives spanning LMS governance, role-based training, change enablement, KPI evaluation, and technology adoption. I turn system functionality and operational requirements into practical instructor-led, virtual, digital, and self-paced learning experiences.

I've managed SumTotal, SuccessFactors, and Cornerstone/MyLearning platforms; directed teams; and built reporting, documentation, and governance practices that improve adoption. My work increased training-center usage by 15%, supported estimated savings of $2.5 million, and achieved 98% customer satisfaction.
