What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success or account management role where I can build client relationships, drive product adoption and retention, use KPI insights, and collaborate cross-functionally in a SaaS or B2B environment.

I've managed customer engagement and luxury-property relationships at eviivo, serving as the primary contact for eviivo Collective France property owners. I delivered campaigns, webinars, newsletters, and product launches to strengthen adoption and customer experience.

At Lucca, I managed B2B client accounts through onboarding, training, product adoption, retention, and growth opportunities. I used customer performance and KPI insights to provide recommendations that created business value.

My experience also includes managing B2B accounts at Popwork and a CRM database of more than 1,000 business partners at ICADE PROMOTION. I've supported demonstrations, proposals, contract negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and commercial initiatives.

I'm fluent in Arabic, English, and French, and work across HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and Asana. My results include a 95% customer satisfaction rate, managing 265+ partner contracts, improving CRM data quality by 20%, and generating €10K in sales revenue.
