I’m looking for a role where I can own country growth through RTM, channel/account management, and customer marketing—leading high-performing sales teams, partnering closely with distributors, and delivering measurable results in FMCG and adjacent categories.

I’m a results-driven business development professional specializing in Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, channel and account management, and customer marketing—primarily in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Electronics and Services sector. I manage country operations and lead P&L ownership, from business development and key accounts to optimizing sales channels.

My strategic approach has supported double-digit growth in country operations and key accounts, improved operational efficiencies in distribution networks, and delivered the successful launch of multiple high-impact marketing campaigns in the Horn of Africa region. I’ve led roles across sales leadership and business development, including Deputy General Manager and Director of Sales & Business Development responsibilities.

I’m passionate about leading high-performing sales teams, building strong partner relationships, and delivering customer-centric solutions that drive growth. My mission is to leverage innovative strategies and insights to help businesses thrive in competitive markets while creating sustainable value for customers and stakeholders.
