What I'm looking for

I’m looking to design impactful learning that’s measurable and scalable—building eLearning, assessments, and enablement programs in LMS and authoring tools, with AI-assisted workflows and strong SME collaboration.

I’m a Senior Instructional Designer with experience crafting scalable, outcome-driven learning solutions for various audiences. I deeply apply adult learning principles across eLearning, instructor-led training, and certification programs—turning SME knowledge and briefs into polished, field-ready learning assets.

I build in Articulate Rise and Storyline, produce video content with Camtasia, and manage learning in modern LMS platforms (including LearnWorlds). I also integrate AI tools throughout the instructional design workflow to accelerate development and improve quality, while collaborating closely with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
