Zeno Rossetti

I built and led Zeno Companies, a privately held operating and investment company spanning sign and graphics production, vertical brands, self-storage, consulting, entrepreneurship education, and commercial real estate. I grew it to nine employees and more than $1MM in annual revenue while owning strategy, operations, financial performance, systems, customer experience, and execution.

At JPMorgan Chase, I managed construction risk and administration across a $1B+ commercial real estate portfolio. I coordinated developers, borrowers, contractors, architects, inspectors, lenders, and internal teams, while helping develop processes and leading the National Technology Committee for Construction Risk Administration.

I've built operating infrastructure from the ground up: workflows, sales and production systems, technology, vendor relationships, financial practices, accountability systems, and standard operating procedures. Through Rossetti Consulting, I advised founder-led businesses on organizational structure, workflow design, communication, sales processes, and scaling.

I bring an owner's perspective to operational problems: understand how the business works, identify friction, clarify ownership, and build practical systems that improve execution. I'm especially drawn to growing organizations where complexity has outpaced informal systems and leaders need stronger operating rhythm, AI-enabled automation, and measurable accountability.
