I’m looking for a role in an IT services environment where I can lead business development, deepen client success, and coordinate cross-functional delivery—turning requirements into clear deliverables while growing retention and revenue.

I’m a business consultant and Sr. Business Development Executive with a strong background in the IT services industry, focused on driving business growth through strategic campaigns, structured sales planning, and effective team leadership. I align technology solutions with business objectives and translate client needs into impactful outcomes.

In my current role at Pixlogix Infotech Pvt Ltd., I lead end-to-end sales operations—from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure—building consistent pipeline growth and new business wins. I act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, turning requirements into actionable deliverables through bespoke Statements of Work (SOW) and proposals.

I also coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and maintain on-time project delivery as the single point of contact between clients and technical departments. I negotiate contracts, upsell and cross-sell services, and sustain long-term relationships through proactive client success practices and regular business reviews.

Earlier, I generated outbound leads via social media, bidding platforms, jobsites, and design portals, converting inbound inquiries into opportunities while maintaining a steady pipeline using Zoho. Across both roles, my approach is results-oriented, ownership-driven, and grounded in structured solution documentation and clear communication.
