What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead customer-led product strategy in high-ownership environments—turning discovery into clear roadmaps and delivery rhythms, and using AI where it creates measurable impact for real people and operational teams.

I’m a customer-obsessed product leader with 12+ years building products across startups, scale-ups and global organisations—from connected homes and voice tech to drones, IoT, SaaS and proptech. I’m at my best close to customers, translating what people need and what frustrates them into products they genuinely care about.

Most recently, as Chief Product Officer at Squarefeet (proptech), I built product foundations from the ground up—running a full product audit to uncover UX issues, gaps and technical debt. I introduced Scrum to create a consistent delivery rhythm, led customer discovery and usability testing, and partnered with the CEO to shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, and future direction.

Previously at BT Drones, I built and scaled a connected drone portfolio from scratch, launching four national products (Mission Manager, Drone SIM, Guardian UTM and Drone 360). I led and grew a multinational 20+ person team, unlocked £4.9M+ in enterprise pipeline through Drone-as-a-Service, and partnered with organisations including the CAA, Innovate UK and Altitude Angel to shape the UK’s connected drone ecosystem.

At Vodafone and Hive, I owned global product strategy and brought connected experiences to life across 20+ international markets and hundreds of thousands of users. From leading cross-functional teams and connected hardware products to improving delivery effectiveness and reducing customer support demand by 12%, I focus on rigorous product discovery, clear roadmapping, and execution that holds up under real operational constraints.
