  • Led strategy & delivery of NatWest Group customer benefits omni-channel platform (Travel, Cashback, Insurance) navigating COVID travel chaos to gross £50M ARR (sold).

  • Managed a £12M UK Protection portfolio (Consumer Credit & Insurance products), managing strategic oversight & FCA compliance.

  • Highly experienced in product management frameworks, commissioning / using market research & data to validate discovery & prioritize roadmap & GTM.
