I'm looking for a customer service or team leadership role where I can coach teams, improve quality and workflows, support sales and appointment setting, and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity goals.

At Acquity BPO, I manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls while building strong customer relationships and coordinating appointments accurately.

I've progressed from Customer Service Representative to Team Leader through strong performance, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. I coach agents, monitor performance, support scheduling and attendance tracking, and conduct quality assurance reviews to improve customer interactions and sales results.

I use Salesforce, Centah CRM, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Tableau to maintain customer records, manage sales activity, and produce operational reports for management decisions.

I'm focused on resolving inquiries professionally, generating qualified sales opportunities, improving workflows, and consistently exceeding productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, attendance, and appointment-conversion KPIs.
