In customer-facing roles, I used CallGear analytics and routing to optimize staffing and reduce abandoned calls by 13%, maintained strong First Call Resolution (FCR) performance, and improved SLA compliance. I also designed Intercom resolution bots and used IVR flows to reduce wait times and resolve routine inquiries without human intervention.
