I've spent more than seven years at Prime Call, progressing from call-center operator to sales team leader and call-center manager. I lead the full operational management of a sales contact center, including operators and group leaders.
I improved operator conversion from 26% to 34%, reduced staff turnover by about 30%, and established regular call quality control and feedback processes. I also ensure the department consistently meets its sales plan.
Previously, I led a sales team that consistently met and exceeded targets by 5–10%. I reduced new-hire onboarding from 10 to 5 days, lowered team turnover by about 40%, and prepared more than 100 operators to consistently achieve plan.
