What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote full-time or part-time role in customer support, operations, SaaS, e-commerce, sales, or technology. I'm available for evening and night shifts and want to learn company systems while supporting customers and improving workflows.

I've built customer sales confirmation and follow-up automations with n8n, email, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets to reduce manual follow-up work and keep business owners informed.

My projects also include a Telegram reminder bot and an AI-powered weather assistant that retrieves location-based weather through WeatherAPI, emails updates, and provides practical clothing and activity recommendations.

Through local business work and online marketplace selling, I've communicated with customers, answered product questions, managed sales follow-ups, and adapted to different customer needs.

I'm currently pursuing a Computer Science degree at USTHB and am comfortable learning new software, working independently, and supporting remote teams across customer support, operations, SaaS, and e-commerce.
