I'm seeking remote or international opportunities where I can support customers, administrative operations, or telecommunications and IT teams while continuing to build my technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

I've supported IT and telecommunications operations at Sonatrach – Haoud Berkaoui and Algérie Télécom, contributing to technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, network-related activities, and coordination with technical teams.

In customer-facing retail and hotel roles, I've guided product selection, handled inquiries and concerns, resolved issues calmly, and built positive customer relationships. I've also managed social media customer communication and product promotion.
