I’m a multilingual customer support specialist with strong experience in hospitality and travel operations. I manage high-volume inquiries and resolve complex issues across chat, email, and phone to deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences.

Recently, I expanded into freelance AI chatbot and automation solutions for customer support—designing and implementing AI chatbot systems to improve response time and customer experience.
