Zain Rehan Farooq

I’m a Computer Engineering student with a strong interest in remote customer support and customer-facing roles. I enjoy communicating with people, understanding their concerns, solving problems, and helping create a smooth customer experience. I’m comfortable working independently, handling multiple tasks, staying organized, and learning new tools quickly in a remote environment.

My technical background also helps me understand software, websites, applications, and basic technical issues. I have experience working with Python, APIs, Git, web development, and AI tools, and I’m confident learning new systems and CRM platforms.

I’m currently looking for a remote opportunity in customer support, chat support, technical support, customer success, or similar roles. I want to build professional experience while contributing to a team, responding to customers professionally, resolving issues efficiently, and providing reliable, friendly support. I’m dependable, adaptable, and motivated to keep improving my communication and technical skills while building long-term relationships with customers and teammates.
