I'm looking to lead faculty HR, academic administration, executive recruitment, and institutional governance in a complex higher education environment.

At Lahore University of Management Sciences, I lead university-wide faculty affairs, partnering with senior leadership, faculty, and HR on appointments, contracts, tenure, policy, and workforce planning. I have supported three Vice Chancellors and managed leadership searches for Deans, Provosts, and a Vice-Chancellor.

I bring more than 10 years of higher-education HR and academic administration experience, including faculty data analysis, institutional governance, rankings support, benefits administration, and policy benchmarking. I'm SHRM-SCP certified and use Oracle Analytics, Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle PeopleSoft to support informed decisions and faculty excellence.
