Muhammad Ibrahim Wali

I’ve worked at UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY Lahore since 2012 as a Human Resource Management & Administration Senior Executive, owning end-to-end recruitment and selection for both faculty positions and student admissions. I manage everything from advertising and applicant record compilation to interview scheduling and merit-based final selection, while ensuring eligibility and program requirements are met.

I also serve as the primary liaison between faculty and students for program coordination, optimizing class schedules and supporting semester activities so academic teams and students can perform at their best. In addition, I act as a Research Associate—evaluating and incorporating PhD and MPhil theses in collaboration with university authoritative sections and the Higher Education Commission (HEC), streamlining submissions and strengthening academic standards. I’m proficient with Management Information Systems (MIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline data analytics and improve departmental efficiency, and I conduct Qualitative Data Analysis using NVIVO.

To build capability, I spearheaded Indigenous On-Campus Training programs at UET in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC), focusing on job-relevant skills and knowledge to strengthen professional performance. Earlier, as a Cost Assistant at SAMMAD RUBBER WORKS PVT LTD, I contributed through cost analysis, audit support, and process-driven recommendations that improved financial performance and resource utilization.
