What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead recruitment and HR analytics in an inclusive, people-focused organization—using data-driven decisions to strengthen HR operations, develop employees through training, and improve performance.

I’m a Human Resources Manager with over 6 years of experience driving strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. I focus on recruitment process management, accurate employee records, and building a productive work environment.

I’ve developed and implemented training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, while fostering an inclusive workplace culture that empowers employees and drives success. I’m also experienced in maintaining HR policy compliance and improving operational efficiency through data-driven decisions.

Beyond core HR, I’ve worked as a Researcher and Data analyst for AHBBEC Education Consultants (remote), conducting research on educational policies, trends, and student performance. I prepared reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management, and created articles, blogs, and academic write-ups to support visibility and engagement.
