What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing customer success, client relationships or consultative sales role where I can build trust, understand needs, provide personalised support and guide people toward suitable solutions.

I've managed 300–550 customer interactions a day at Pop Life Supermarkets, using active listening and needs-based recommendations to support purchasing decisions and repeat business. I also handle sales transactions of approximately €1,000–€4,500 per shift with accuracy and accountability.

Across Care Medical Institute, Neo Convenience Store, Fantasy Businesses and my own wellness coaching practice, I've supported enquiries, appointments, follow-up, client retention and day-to-day operations. I build trust through calm, client-centred communication and adapt my support around each person's needs.

I've completed specialist training in remote consultative sales, ethical persuasion, objection handling and closing. My background as a business co-owner also gives me practical commercial experience across customer communication, quotations, invoices, suppliers and administration.
