I’m looking to join a fast-moving product company where CS is core to growth—building onboarding that drives time-to-value, owning renewals and retention, coaching teams, and partnering with product and engineering through actionable voice-of-customer insights.

I'm a Customer Success and Onboarding specialist with 10+ years helping companies keep the customers they worked hard to win.

I've rebuilt onboarding programs from scratch, managed large account books, coached CS teams to above-target results, and led a 122-person CRM transformation at Nike EMEA. At Empire Flippers I advised founders through some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. I achieved top earner for two consecutive quarters.

I work best where there's a real problem to solve and cross-functional buy-in to fix it. I'm an operator: I build things that actually get used. I enjoy intense 1:1 client interactions, be it sales, customer success, or advising.
