Previously at Nuuly’s Fulfillment Distribution Center, I led inbound, outbound, and quality operations for teams of 150+ associates. I used KPI analysis, staffing optimization, recovery plans, and cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity, quality, safety, and service-level performance.

I also bring full-cycle sales and client relationship experience from ReeceNichols, serving buyers and sellers in English and Spanish. I conducted market research, negotiated contracts, built referral networks, and coordinated complex transactions.
