At WithClutch, Inc., I was the main HR contact for 250+ employees in the US and LATAM, supporting benefits, employee lifecycle needs, and local labor compliance. I created 10+ HR automations and a performance review tool in Claude Cowork that saved about 450 hours of work per month.
I built and owned the company People Dashboard in Looker Studio, tracking headcount, engagement, and People KPIs with data accuracy above 90%. I also automated onboarding, saving 3 hours per week.
At Truelogic, I supported 500+ employees across Latin America and Europe, built and maintained the People Dashboard, and delivered monthly turnover analysis. I’m currently completing a postgraduate degree in Data Science & Analytics at PUC-Rio, building on my background in Psychology and People analytics.
