What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to talent acquisition, organizational development, learning and development, or performance management by building standardized, measurable people processes.

I've transformed fragmented HR practices at Grupo Noroeste into standardized, measurable processes across five business units and approximately 60 employees. I structured job descriptions, performance evaluations, IDPs, SMART goals, KPIs, and performance follow-up using business data.

I redesigned onboarding and admission workflows, reducing processing time from approximately 30 days to one day, and reduced accumulated employee time banks from more than 100 hours to approximately 10 hours in four months. I also managed around six recruitment processes per month through structured screening, Google Forms, and competency-based interviews.

Currently, I teach and coordinate English learning at KNN Idiomas, tailoring instruction for learners aged six and older. I've also evaluated Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude outputs against structured quality criteria as an AI Evaluation Freelancer.
