I've built and scaled People Operations at Cognition during rapid growth, helping expand the organization from approximately 30 to nearly 100 employees.
I partner directly with executive leadership on people strategy, organizational structure, workforce planning, and culture transformation. I implement scalable processes across talent acquisition, performance management, employee experience, internal communication, learning and development, and engagement.
