What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote HR Operations opportunities where I can own payroll/HR operations end-to-end, improve processes, and progressively grow toward an HR management role.

I’m a highly adaptable, trilingual HR professional with 10+ years of experience across HR Operations/Generalist work, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Global Mobility. I’ve worked in both multinational companies and startups, collaborating with people from 40+ countries across 5 continents.

In my current Payroll Specialist role, I support employees by analyzing, reporting, and implementing payroll operations for Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. I manage payroll operations for 2300+ employees and use tools like Oracle HCM, ADP GV, SAP, VBA, and Excel, while also contributing to process improvement and AI implementation projects.

I’ve also led end-to-end hiring and recruitment initiatives across IT and finance roles in Central, Western, and Eastern Europe, and supported IT, finance, and HR recruiting with sourcing focused on LATAM and MEA. I take pride in exceeding KPIs (over 110+ people hired) and delivering strong outcomes like a 94% retention rate, alongside hands-on People Operations work such as onboarding, offboarding, and business partnering.
