I'm looking to build scalable, measurable talent acquisition systems for global technology teams, partnering closely with leaders on complex, high-impact hires and using data and automation to improve recruiting outcomes.

At Panoptyc, I lead full-cycle hiring for specialized Sales, GTM, Finance, and Technical roles across Europe, North America, LATAM, and Asia. I've reduced average time-to-fill from about 50 days to under 35 days.

I designed Panoptyc's Talent Acquisition playbook and built automated Ashby reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, and team performance. I also lead adoption of Juicebox AI sourcing agents and ATS-integrated workflows.
