I’m looking for a role where I can build or scale people operations, partner closely with leadership, and drive data-backed decisions. I want modern tools and autonomy to blend AI-enabled recruiting with strong HR policies, onboarding, and development.

I’m a People & Culture leader with 5+ years building HR functions from the ground up in high-growth, multicultural environments—from early-stage fintechs to global corporations. I’m known for walking into organizations with no HR structure and quickly delivering scalable people operations, strong business partnerships, and measurable results.

I take a modern, AI-driven approach to HR, using automation and smart tooling to cut manual work, speed up decisions, and focus energy on what moves the needle. I’ve brought tools like ChatGPT and Claude into core HR workflows for automated screening, candidate communication, role-specific onboarding tracks, and AI-assisted policy/SOP writing.
