I'm currently building and supporting ServiceNow solutions at Core Front Technology, following ServiceNow development work at TCS and an internship at Datapro Information Technology.

For Euroclear, I enhanced Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Request Management while implementing HRSD self-service capabilities. I built Record Producers, Catalog Items, Employee Center pages, JavaScript automations, role-based ACLs, SLAs, reports, dashboards, and CMDB data processes.

On Bayer, I configured ITSM, Asset Management, CMDB, and IRM/GRC applications around business and compliance requirements. I also supported Risk Registers, Risk Assessments, Control Objectives, notifications, inbound actions, Update Set deployments, and real-time operational dashboards.

I enjoy translating business requirements into practical ServiceNow workflows, custom forms, integrations, and secure self-service experiences.
