What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can solve customer and technical problems, work closely with internal teams, learn new technologies, and use my technical foundation to deliver clear, effective support.

I'm currently working as a Business Development Representative, where I investigate customer issues, provide timely resolutions, and build strong client relationships through practical solutions.

Across customer service, data administration, and technical support roles, I've handled customer interactions, processed large datasets, resolved discrepancies, and coordinated with internal teams for accurate follow-up.

I've supported customers by phone, chat, and email, troubleshooting account and system issues while maintaining customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

My Computer Science degree supports a hands-on technical foundation in Linux, MySQL, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, GitHub, Postman, Jira, and shell scripting. I enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and connecting customers with technical teams.
