I am a business information technology graduate with hands-on experience as a technical support engineer, technical support associate, and customer-facing consultant. I solve complex technical issues, integrate third-party RESTful APIs, maintain and optimize databases, and support networking and system administration tasks.

At my current role I support clients across channels, run DB scripts to improve performance, establish monitoring for integrations, perform unit testing for releases, and provide technical training and documentation to customers. I also have experience building and configuring PCs, troubleshooting hardware and software, and supporting telecom customers.

I work well in teams, learn quickly, and apply analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve problems. I am seeking opportunities to leverage and expand my IT engineering skills in environments that value technical ownership, customer-focused support, and continuous improvement.
