What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging backend development role where I can build web applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js while continuing to grow my technical skills.

I've built web applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, supported by PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL.

At Syrve MENA, I provided remote technical support for SaaS and POS software across EMEA, installing and configuring systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and TCP/IP connectivity, and escalating integration issues to L3 support.

I also customized customer invoices through front-end code changes and helped clients use Syrve software and POS systems effectively.

Previously, at Talabat, I monitored dispatch operations, delivered proactive solutions, built Excel pivot-table dashboards, and trained the dispatching team on advanced Excel. My Amazon front-end project uses HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jasmine, and Git.
